The Santa Rita Living La Vida 120 garden was designed to bring a flavour of Chile to Bloom 2016. The Santa Rita brand was reflected in the creation of a garden that conveys its origins, history, quality and values. It was inspired by the brand’s South American origins. The garden is contemporary in style with Latin American influences, inspired by the visit Alan Rudden tuck to Chile and the Casa Real Estate (the home of Santa Rita) in late 2015. The planting styles and material finishes, which are key elements of the design, were influenced by what he saw during his trip. He noticed that the Chileans love to enjoy food and wine Al Fresco, and so it was essential that the garden be a place to entertain and relax. Elements of old and new will mix harmoniously, representing the journey from the historical traditions of early wine production in Chile right through to Santa Rita’s current position as the most popular South American wine brand in Ireland.
